Here is The Dark #23 with two new stories.
The first new story is "The Name, Blurry and Incomplete in His Mind" by Erica Mosley. -+- Jentri is ten years old and her father, divorced from her mother, comes to visit and tells her he had once seen a name scrawled in pencil above the basement sink. They find nothing there, but in an unused bathroom on the third floor, they find the name Suzie. They find the name scrawled in other places. Her father tells her stories about "Suzie" and speculates about a secret passage. Jentri begins looking for it. Things get even creepier from there. A very haunting tale.
The other new story is "The Language of Endings" by Kristi DeMeester. -+- Our narrator is a woman who is dead but is haunting her domineering husband as he forces himself on young women. She finds a way to deal with him. Well done.
