The Dark #31 has stories by MP Johnson, Robert Levy, Nin Harris, and Robert Shearman.

Here is The Dark #31 with two new stories.

The first new story is "Necksnapper" by MP Johnson. -+- Delayna has been doing a little better than her parents who were outright criminals who went to jail. She has been a porn actress but tonight, she's making a different kind of film. They are filming her snapping the heads off crows, a lot of them. Very bizarre with a nice chill.

The other new story is "When The Night Blooms, An Artist Transmutes: A Three-Act Play" by Nin Harris. -+- Told in play form, the characters are the ghost of a murderer, Sir William Burns from the past and the builder of the watchtower that is the setting, Kasmawati, a woman of modern times who resembles the third character, Mawar, the woman murdered by Burns. They are connected in a special way which leads to a final confrontation. Nicely done.

The Dark has its own brand of unique horror and is certainly worth reading. It deserves your support. Check out their website at the link at the top of this review. If you want to give them more support, go to their Patreon site or subscribe to the magazine.
