A new book from Gwyneth Jones is always good news to me. I enjoyed the White Queen triology tremendously, and am always happy to see her come out with a new book. In Life, Ms. Jones continues to challenge gender inequality and leads one to ponder whether humanity is capable of putting the sexes on an even footing.
