From official release/information:

The third in the Blade Saga finds the Daywalker (Wesley Snipes) in a storyline a lot like Van Helsing's, but joined by anothe pair of vampire hunters. Dacula (Drake) is back and about to turn Earth into a nice place for Vampires, while Blade has one chance to unleash a vampire virus that will stop the menace. Wait a minute...won't that kill Blade too? We'll have to see the movie to find out.
