Darkland is the latest novel the brilliant British author Liz Williams, who also wrote The Poison Master and Nine Layers of Sky. Darkland is described as a "Gothic SF feast" and is a trade paperback release.

"In the far-distant future Vali Hallsdotir, assassin of an organisation known as the Skald, is sent on a mission to the world of Nhem.
