She was born Elaine Andraste, a changeling, who is now known as the Seeker. She is in downtown Manhattan doing what she does best stealing children to take back to her liege the Mebd Queen so the tithe owed to Hell can be paid. The human Mage recognizes her but cannot stop her quest though he is one of the few who knows of the war between humans of the Prometheus Club and the Fairy.
