Journey Between Worlds is the story of Melinda Ashley, an eighteen year old who knew exactly what she wanted from life and exactly how she was going to get it. Unfortunately life, in the form of a father she had hardly ever seen, had other plans. Melinda just wanted to graduate from high school, go to college, marry her boyfriend, and become a teacher. The only thing she needed to do first was spend the summer with her father. Which was fine with her until she learned his planned destination: Mars.
