From official release/information:

When the first Alpha Centauri expedition returns to earth they discover that the time they'd spent in suspended animation hadn't reset their biological clocks the way they'd hoped. They were still young, and the folks they'd left behind at the beginning now old, but they expected that. What they didn't expect was that their bodies and minds had developed an allergic reaction to the world of their birth, and they couldn't go home again. Their only hope was to go back into deep sleep and return to the world they'd just explored, and this time make it a home. When they returned though, they discovered that the planet was inhabited by warring spaceships, devolved colonists and many more dangers and challenges. It works as YA, but if you're a seasoned space colonization reader you'll find you've already boldly gone there.
