From official release/information:

Dragon's Teeth is the sequel to Dragon's Eye, and continues the story of two old families and the evil that haunts them. The Morgan's and the Haskell's have been fixtures in the town of Stonefort, Maine for centuries. Both families are far more than they appear to be, and if you listen to the gossip of who's been sleeping with who, it's hard to really state conclusively that they're that distinct anymore. And both have fallen on hard times, at least offspring-wise during the last couple of generations. In fact both families combined can count their membership on a single pair of hands (and you can lop off a couple of fingers and still be safe). But hardships aside, both seek to help and protect, although they have different methodologies. The Morgan's are selkies, shapeshifting seals from the Celtic isles. And the Haskells are witches, holding on to and guiding ancient powers of the land. But there are those who would steal the sources of their power, and they don't have protection of the innocent in mind.
