The Lonely Cry is a "an informal association of B.C. science fiction and fantasy writers" who put out an irregularly published newsletter and maintain a website with news, editorials, and interviews, done by different members of the group. They come up with some excellent articles, as well as keeping the world posted on what's going on with the group.
