Reading Mathematicians in Love left me pretty much full of questions about life, the universe, why I'm a higher math dunce, and everything that I suspected only Rudy Rucker would be able to answer. He was kind enough to do some digital back and forth and gracious enough to pretend that there were things he had trouble understanding. It's kind of criminal that I get to ask questions of some of the brightest and most creative folks out there and watch their answers make me look good...but I can only recommend that you read both the interview and the book, and maybe pick up a copy of Lifebox, the Seashell, and the Soul: What Gnarly Computation Taught Me About Ultimate Reality, the Meaning of Life, and How to Be Happy for more mind twisting insights.
